Work description
The work to be developed will focus on the preparation of contractual drafts, definition and negotiation of contractual conditions, monitoring the flow of information with external entities (e.g. Courts, Funding Bodies and Auditors), in order to ensure compliance with the institution's legal obligations, as well as the preparation of internal legal opinions. The work will involve the permanent need to update knowledge in order to guarantee the best and most adequate application of the national, European and international legal framework regarding Research Institutions to the organisation in all its aspects, from institutional to contractual activity.
Academic Qualifications
Degree in Law and/or Master's Degree
Minimum profile required
Law Degree or Master's Degree in Law, specialising in the private contractual area, namely in the areas of contract law and/or commercial law; excellent oral and written expression in Portuguese and English; good knowledge of Office; good organisation and planning skills; good communication and accuracy skills.
Preference factors
1) Specific training and/or professional experience in Contract Law; 2) Experience in legal support to research institutions or companies; 3) training or fluency in legal English.
