Work description
To research and develop tools for integrating information systems with production systems (IT/OT); To implement the tools in laboratory environment, using automation and control technologies, as well as technologies for integration of information systems with automation systems . To identify industrial use cases and demonstrate the application of the models and integration tools. To publish results of the research and development activities in conferences and/or scientific journals. To write the report of the grant activities.
Academic Qualifications
Undergraduate student in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with solid knowledge in Industrial Automation Systems;
Minimum profile required
Undergraduate student in Electrical and Computer Engineering - Industrial Automation area;Knowledge of discrete industrial processes.
Preference factors
Knowledge of SIEMENS automation technologies (S7-1500 Range and Siemens Tia Portal programming environment); Knowledge of programming using CODESYS platform; Knowledge of OMRON automation technologies (NX Range and Omron Sysmac Studio programming environment); Knowledge of OPC; Strong capacity for teamwork; Knowledge of English and Portuguese.
