Work description
- Comprehensive review of the state of the art and identification of the main gaps; - Characterisation of the problem; - Analysis of existing data to understand and characterise process dynamics and uncertainty - Design and development of simulation and/or optimisation strategies for planning and scheduling MRO operations; - Design of multiple scenarios; - Evaluation of the approach developed and analysis of results (KPIs);
Academic Qualifications
Master's student in Industrial Engineering and Management;
Minimum profile required
Master's student in Industrial Engineering and Management;
Preference factors
- knowledge of operations research and operations management; - experience in simulation, optimisation and object-oriented programming; - strong capacity for teamwork; - knowledge of English and Portuguese.
