Work description
- Identify and define use cases for energy services from the DECARBONIZE project; - Explore techniques for handling private and personal data from energy meters based on the identified use cases - Explore the trade-off between privacy loss and compensation from selling data based on the selected use cases - Development and application of federated learning for data monetization based on the selected use case - Write the scholarship activity report and a scientific paper.
Academic Qualifications
Background in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science or similar
Minimum profile required
Expertise in a programming language;- Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms;- Basic knowledge of data analysis, ICT, and IoT.
Preference factors
- Experience in Python, SQL, C, MATLAB, and Apache Cassandra; - Experience with data monetization and federated learning; - Fluency in English (spoken and written).
