Work description

1. Study of two adequate methods for the experimental characterization of conductive thin films impedance (methods to be considered: planar and waveguide) 2. Design of test samples for subsequent fabrication, with dimensions suitable for the methods to be considered. 3. Preparation of an experimental setup to support the characterization via the planar method, including the design and fabrication of test fixtures. 4. Preparation of an experimental setup to support the characterization via the waveguide method, including the design and fabrication of supports required for the measurements. 5. Conduct the experimental characterization of the fabricated test samples using the previously prepared experimental setups. 6. Implement data post-processing algorithms in Matlab, in order to obtain the values of sheet impedance. 7. Prepare the submission of a scientific paper. 8. Write the grant activities report.
