Work description
• Literature review on real-time simulation techniques and the existing tools in this field. • Implementation of a remote-communication solution with a real-time computational simulation at the x-Energy Lab, using a REST API and/or industrial communication protocols. • Validation of the remote-control solution for the real-time simulation, using as a use case one of the potential services to be offered to industrial clients by the x-Energy Lab / the collaborative laboratory being developed under the ATE project. • Preparation of the research grant activity report.
Academic Qualifications
Electrical Engineering or similar
Minimum profile required
Educational background in Electrical Power Systems and/or Automation
Preference factors
• Experience with computational simulation models / MATLAB/Simulink. • Knowledge of industrial-grade communication protocols (Modbus TCP, IEC 61850, etc.).
