Work description
Considering the need for processing data originating from diverse sources, potentially in text format, and the integration with query processing at large, the following activities have been defined: - Exploring query processing mechanisms for SQL; - Exploring the file processing capabilities of shell commands in UNIX-like systems; - Design and implement a file-based query processing mechanism; - To write a dissertation on the topic of the work done in the contexto of this grant; - Write an activity report regarding the grant.
Academic Qualifications
Be enrolled in a MSc program in computer science or Informatics Engineering.
Minimum profile required
- Knowledgeable in SQL query processing;- Knowledgeable in shell commands in UNIX-like systems.
