Work description
- Development of new mathematical programming models for the 2D rectangular C&P, integrating waste minimization and pattern complexity. - Development of indicators for measuring the impact pattern complexity for 2D rectangular C&P.
Academic Qualifications
Student of Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science or related area.
Minimum profile required
Experience in the following skill(s):- Programming in C, Python.- Ability to work in group, high autonomy, and organization.
Preference factors
Knowledge in: cutting and packing problems; combinatorial optimization.
