Work description
- design, prototype and implement a responsive user interface for management of different resources and visualization of temporal and geospatial data - integrate the software with external datasources using standard APIs and web-mapping tools - design and perform integration and usability tests - write the grant activity report.
Academic Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or similar; - Student/attendee on a Master's Degree in Computer Science or similar;
Minimum profile required
- specialised education in Data Science, Data Mining or a related area;- experience with databases, such as SQL;- experience with the development of APIs;- knowledge of the Javascript/Typescript programming language;- experience in UML design tools, such as Draw.io.
Preference factors
- experience with web technologies frameworks (e.g. Angular, React); - experience with REST APIs; - experience with the databases PostgreSQL and RethinkDB; - experience with web-mapping tools (e.g. Leaflet) - proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
