Work description
- Identify and profile the computational bottlenecks of target SME and public sector applications to establish technical baselines for optimisation. - Refactor and optimise user codebases using advanced parallel programming models to maximise performance on national and EuroHPC architectures. - Develop and test customised job submission workflows to streamline the migration of user applications to high-performance computing environments. - Provide direct technical assistance to stakeholders in drafting and submitting competitive applications for EuroHPC resource allocation calls. - Consolidate successful use cases and technical "lessons learned" into a public-facing portfolio to facilitate broader knowledge transfer. - Monitor and document all task activities in accordance with EuroCC performance indicators to ensure project compliance and reporting accuracy.
