Investigate deep learning solutions to assess the completeness of an endoscopic exam. Collaborate with clinical partners in collecting and organizing a database of high endoscopy videos. Propose new deep learning solutions to detect anatomical landmarks and compare performance with existing solutions. Collaborate in the integration of new solutions in a prototype decision support system.
PhD student in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related.
