Work description
Procurement, coordination, management and implementation of R&D projects and knowledge enhancement, preparation of R&D project applications, team management and mentoring of junior researchers, scientific production oriented to international journals and conferences, intervention in the scientific and professional communities, as well as coordination and participation in scientific and technological dissemination initiatives, particularly in the area of digitalization policies and strategy, maturity analysis and design of technological roadmap and related areas.
Academic Qualifications
PhD.
Minimum profile required
PhD graduates with experience in projects of digital maturity analysis of industrial companies and/or sectors and definition of technological roadmap, compatible with the junior researcher category. Degree and experience related to financial management and economic analysis.
Preference factors
Participation, including possibly positions of responsibility, in national and/or European research and development projects on policies for the adoption of digital technologies in production systems and supply chains. Experience in advanced consultancy in digitisation of industrial organisations.
