INESC TEC collaborator in the winning team of the biggest strategy and management competition

Luís Filipe Valente, researcher of INESC TEC’s Centre for Enterprise Systems Engineering (CESE), coordinates the team that won the Global Marketing Competition, also composed by Maria João Campos and Bruno Silva. They won a EUR 6 000 award and also an MBA for each one of the team members.

The article "Prediction of journey destination for travellers of urban public transport: a comparison model study” was awarded the Best Paper Award at the “INTSYS 2018 - 2nd EAI International Conference on Intelligent Transport Systems”, which took place between 21 and 23 November in Guimarães.

New project intends to solve sectorisation problems

The StoSS project was promoted by INESC TEC's Centre for Enterprise Systems Engineering (CESE). Its main objective is the broad study of sectorisation problems and the development of a decision support system that can support decision making concerning sectorisation. The official kick-off meeting took place at INESC TEC on 16 October.

INESC TEC ends european project on industrial predictive maintenance

This month, INESC TEC’s Centre for Enterprise Systems Engineering (CESE) ended the MANTIS: Cyber Physical System based Proactive Collaborative Maintenance project, which involved 47 partners distributed by 11 European countries in over three years (led by Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa J.M.A. S.Coop.).
