INESC TEC makes a presentation in an event at Amorim Cork Composites
“Desafios de implementação do MES na Amorim Cork Composites” (in English “Challenges of the implementation of MES at Amorim Cork Composites”) was the title of the presentation made by engineer Rui Rebelo, collaborator of INESC TEC's Centre for Enterprise Systems Engineering (CESE), which took place at the event “Indústria 4.0 - A importância do MES em Sistemas de Gestão” (in English “Industry 4.0 - The importance of MES in Management Systems”) in the Amorim Cork Composites company.

INESC TEC has been collaborating with Amorim group since 2016, in projects that support the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The participation in this initiative was an opportunity to share the experiences with the team of Amorim Cork Composites.
The event took place on 25 March at the premises of Amorim Cork Composites in Mozelos, gathering around 50 participants, including partner companies.
