Matchmaking Social Economy: EU Networks/EaSI Call

The CEC-Centro Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as a member of the Enterprise Europe Network, is organizing, in partnership with Portugal Inovação Social, a brokerage event that will allow participants to connect with potential partners from across Europe, schedule bilateral meetings online through the B2Match platform, and find partners to define consortia for the EaSI call in the field of social economy and social finance ("ESF-2025-AG-NETW-MF-SE - Action grants to support EU networks active in the areas of social economy, social entrepreneurship finance and microfinance", call deadline: 19 June). 

This call for proposals aims to support EU-wide networks active in the areas of social economy, social enterprise finance and microfinance: 

• Projects must cover at least 14 EU Member States.
• Funding will be available for 8 to 10 projects, focusing on:

• Implementation of the Social Economy Action Plan and related EU initiatives;
• Facilitate access to financing for social enterprises, micro-enterprises and impact ventures;
• Promote synergies between EU networks and research institutions.

Target audiences of the event:

• EU-wide networks aligned with the objectives of the call
• National Competence Centers for Social Innovation (CNCISs)
• Non-profit entities
• NGOs
• ESFA
• Public or private organizations, such as research centers, university networks and social economy organizations
