About the event
ADRF26 is a high-impact European forum connecting hundreds of key players from industry, academia and policy to accelerate innovation and real-world technological transformation. It will take place from October 13 to 14, in Porto, Portugal, and will bring together 500 leading experts, innovators, policymakers, and enthusiasts from the AI, Data, and Robotics community, positioning Porto at the centre of strategic technological debate.
Organised by INESC TEC, the largest Research and Technology Organisation (RTO) in Portugal, and ADRA, the private side of the European Partnership on AI, Data and Robotics, and with the involvement of the European Commission, the forum represents one of Europe’s most relevant platforms for strategic dialogue and innovation.
Visionary keynotes, high-level panels and parallel sessions address strategic, industrial and societal challenges, fostering discussion on Europe’s technological future and competitiveness.
Highlights on emerging trends and strategic opportunities, supporting Europe’s ambition to position itself as a global leader in advanced digital technologies.
ADRF accelerates partnerships and strengthening the European innovation agenda.
Exhibition spaces, project showcases and structured networking moments provide attendees with direct access to decision-makers, innovators and potential partners from across Europe.

Submit your Workshop Proposals
The open call for workshop proposals for ADRF26 is now open!
The call for workshops is open to any topic spanning AI, Data, and Robotics, including but not limited to their integration, applications, and underlying advancements.
For the 2026 edition, we particularly encourage submissions in two complementary formats:
1.Strategy-oriented workshops addressing Europe’s resilience, competitiveness, and strategic autonomy through ADR.
2.Real world use and value creation sessions showcasing mature ADR technologies deployed with end-users in Europe, aligned with the strategic sectors identified in the Apply AI Strategy.
