Abstract
In the last few years the word "documentary" has been loosely used to describe multimedia pieces that incorporate video no matter its nature, technique, language or scope, taking advantage of the fuzzy and fragile boundaries of the documentary definition. The present manifesto aims to give a brief insight on the interactive documentary arena and also to sketch some production remarks for future interactive documentary productions.

Abstract
This paper describes a conceptual framework for implementing Intelligent Tutoring Systems using SCORM 2004. The main objective is to discuss how the SCORM 2004 sequencing and navigation specification can allow the development of Intelligent Web-Based Learning Environments using the sequencing and navigation tracking data, and rule set. Our main argument is that SCORM 2004 sequencing and navigation specification can be used to implement the two main functionalities of an ITS, (1) the inner loop and (2) the outer loop. © 2010 IEEE.

Abstract
Organ transplantation is a highly complex decision process that requires expert decisions. The major problem in a transplantation procedure is the possibility of the receiver's immune system attack and destroy the transplanted tissue. It is therefore of capital importance to find a donor with the highest possible compatibility with the receiver, and thus reduce rejection. Finding a good donor is not a straight-forward task because a complex network of relations exists between the immunological and the clinical variables that influence the receiver's acceptance of the transplanted organ. Currently the process of analysis of these variables involves a careful study by the clinical transplant team. The number and complexity of causal dependencies among variables make the manual process very slow. In this paper we assess the usefulness of Machine Learning algorithms as a tool to improve and speed up the decisions of a transplant team. We achieve that objective by analysing past real cases and constructing models as set of rules. Such models are accurate and understandable by experts. Copyright 2010 ACM.

Abstract
The eruption solitons that exist under the complex cubic-quintic Ginzburg-Landau equation (CGLE) may be eliminated by the introduction of a term that in the optical context represents intrapulse Raman scattering (IRS) The later was observed in direct numerical simulations and here we have obtained the system of ordinary differential equations and the corresponding traveling solitons that replace the eruption solutions In fact we have found traveling solutions for a subset of the eruption CGLE parameter region and a wide range of the IRS parameter However for each set of CGLE parameters they are stable solely above a certain threshold of IRS
