Abstract
This paper presents the AiD-EM Ontology, which provides a semantic representation of the concepts required to enable the interoperability between multi-agent-based decision support systems, namely AiD-EM, and the market agents that participate in electricity market simulations. Electricity markets' constant changes, brought about by the increasing necessity for adequate integration of renewable energy sources, make them complex and dynamic environments with very particular characteristics. Several modeling tools directed at the study and decision support in the scope of the restructured wholesale electricity markets have emerged. However, a common limitation is identified: the lack of interoperability between the various systems. This gap makes it impossible to exchange information and knowledge between them, test different market models, enable players from heterogeneous systems to interact in common market environments, and take full advantage of decision support tools. To overcome this gap, this paper presents the AiD-EM Ontology, which includes the necessary concepts related to the AiD-EM multi-agent decision support system, to enable interoperability with easier cooperation and adequate communication between AiD-EM and simulated market agents wishing to take advantage of this decision support tool.

Abstract
Information technologies (IT) and information systems (IS) are the backbone of any developed business, and organizations without them cannot compete. In recent decades, many best practices standards, and guides have been made available to project managers and organizations aimed to improve project management. Unfortunately, IS projects continue to show a poor track record, and problems related to project management performance persists. Risk management has a vital role in this context since it can increase the likelihood and impact of positive events, and decrease the likelihood and impact of adverse events in the project. This article presents the results of an international web-based survey, studying if risk management processes are being implemented consistently in IS project management. The obtained results show low levels of risk management processes implementation and reinforce the idea that “it can be risky not to do risk management,” demanding more research in this area.

Abstract
Peripheral artery disease (PAD) main symptom is intermittent claudication, causing pain and limiting the walking abilities of patients, forcing individuals to temporarily stop walking. One treatment advised to counteract the effects of this disease is the practice of physical exercise with monitoring. Currently the monitored exercise programs are applied at the hospital, so some patients have to travel long distances three times a week, with high costs and low adherence of the patients. This paper presents the cocreation process of a mobile application for quantified supervised home-based exercise therapy on PAD patients. The study aimed to design a solution adapted to users' needs, which collects the necessary information for the therapy supervision by health professionals. The users' behaviour with the application allowed the assessment to a set of limitations and potential sources of noise in the supervision data that suggest the evolution to a pervasive solution, by minimizing, or even eliminating, the interaction with the users. The developed tool is a first step towards the creation of a technological ecosystem for the prescription of supervised therapeutic physical exercise, which leverages self-care and allows access to this type of therapy to the entire population. Cardiovascular disease represents a considerable economic burden to society, therefore effective preventive measures are necessary.

ROBOTICS

Abstract
The constant advances in agricultural robotics aim to overcome the challenges imposed by population growth, accelerated urbanization, high competitiveness of high-quality products, environmental preservation and a lack of qualified labor. In this sense, this review paper surveys the main existing applications of agricultural robotic systems for the execution of land preparation before planting, sowing, planting, plant treatment, harvesting, yield estimation and phenotyping. In general, all robots were evaluated according to the following criteria: its locomotion system, what is the final application, if it has sensors, robotic arm and/or computer vision algorithm, what is its development stage and which country and continent they belong. After evaluating all similar characteristics, to expose the research trends, common pitfalls and the characteristics that hinder commercial development, and discover which countries are investing into Research and Development (R&D) in these technologies for the future, four major areas that need future research work for enhancing the state of the art in smart agriculture were highlighted: locomotion systems, sensors, computer vision algorithms and communication technologies. The results of this research suggest that the investment in agricultural robotic systems allows to achieve short-harvest monitoring-and long-term objectives-yield estimation.

Abstract
Hydrogen vehicle stations (HVSs) that convert electricity into hydrogen have appeared as a new arrival asset to the power system with the raising interest in hydrogen vehicles (HVs). In order to safely power these new assets, microgrids, including different flexible resources, are an ideal option. This paper presents an efficient MG scheduling in the presence of HVSs, renewable energy resources, energy storage systems (ESS) and demand response. This model also takes the uncertainties associated with electrical loads, renewables, and HVs into consideration. In order to create an MILP problem, linearized AC optimal power flow equations are considered. A 21-bus MG is examined by applying the proposed model to various case studies, thereby proving that the MG schedule meets the demand of HVs and electrical load. Employing DR programs can reduce operation costs and reduce the load during peak usage hours. Furthermore, the physical constraints of the network satisfy the security in operation. Finally, numerical analysis illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
