Abstract
In this paper we present the ADOPS (Automatic Detection Of Positively Selected Sites) software that is ideal for research projects involving the analysis of tens of genes. ADOPS is a novel software pipeline that is being implemented with the goal of providing an automatic and flexible tool for detecting positively selected sites given a set of unaligned nucleotide sequence data.

COLLABORATIVE NETWORKS IN THE INTERNET OF SERVICES

Abstract
Virtual Enterprise is one form of collaborative networks that allows partners to exploit emerging business opportunities in a flexible way. Moreover, in the competitive landscape of the twenty-first century, the business model innovation has become increasingly a key element for companies' positioning in the market. Consequently, this paper aims at proposing a set of business model elements to be used by a virtual enterprise in order to explore a new business opportunity for its network. Literature review is used to identify the business model elements and evidence from a pilot case study confirms that these elements are considered in practice.

Abstract
Increasing demand on dynamic business network motivates manufacturing companies, especially small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to be collaborative for achieving potential market gains. This need can be fulfilled by forming non-hierarchical business network, where the partners integrate with each other after identifying specific business opportunity. This research focuses to demonstrate the methodological stages of enabling a virtual organisation within the European RTD project Net-Challenge. In this research, methodological support to identify and collect the business scenarios and basic requirements related with choosing appropriate partners, building trust and sharing valuable information among them are presented. The fundamental issues related to collaboration such as critical factors for partnerships, criteria for qualifying a potential partner, assessment of a partner are elaborated within the scope of this paper. The paper is concluded with presenting an empirical study of six case companies and the issues related to business collaboration are critically discussed. Parametric modeling in estimating abnormal intra-QRS potentials in signal-averaged electrocardiograms: A subspace identification approach

Abstract
This paper addresses the detection and classification of low amplitude signals within the QRS complex of the signal-averaged electrocardiogram. Linear and bilinear Kalman filter models are fitted using the subspace system identification family of algorithms. If the residuals from the models are a white noise process, then anything that cannot be modeled with the state-space models will show up in the residuals as low amplitude signal + noise. Diagnostic tests and analysis on the residuals will then lead to detection and classification of abnormalities in the intra-QRS complex. The end result is a diagnostic tool to aid the physician. © 2012 IFAC.

Abstract
Previous epidemiological studies on SIS model have only considered the dynamic evolution of the mean value and the variance of the infected individuals. In this paper, through cumulant neglection, we use the dynamic equations of all the moments of infected individuals to develop a recursive method to compute the equilibria manifold of the moment closure ODE's. Specifically, we use the stable equilibria of the moment closure ODE's to obtain good approximations of the quasi-stationary states of the SIS model. This is a crucial step when the quasi-stationary distribution is highly skewed.
