Abstract
The article focuses on the consumption of goods used by consumers of different generations from 3 different countries: Albania, Polish and Portugal. The aim of the analysis was to identify respondents"indications concerning: (1) knowledge of the definition of the circular economy, (2) declared by respondents places of purchase of used products and (3) type of purchased products used by respondents. The analysis was conducted among 495 respondents from Albania, Polish and Portugal representing three generations (X, Y, Z). Correspondence analysis was used for statistical data analysis. Statistically significant differences in knowledge of the definition of the circular economy were shown between respondents from Albania, Polish and Portugal. It was also found that respondents"preferences regarding the place of purchase of second-hand goods are differentiated (at a statistically significant level) by nationality and year of birth (generation). The obtained results open the possibility of further research aimed at identifying different behaviors among these groups of consumers. The presented work, both in the cognitive and application part, can be a source of knowledge and popularization of research, as well as a source of inspiration for in-depth reflection and scientific discussion. The analyses presented in the publication may complement the existing research in the field of circular economy. Extending the survey to other EU countries can help define a strategy for policymakers, manufacturers and retailers to make greater use of circular economy solutions, while maintaining the viability of their operations. © 2023 Altin Kulli et al., published by Sciendo.

Abstract
This paper explores the effects of Industry 5.0 on Sustainable Development. The authors first developed a primer review to introduce the new research agenda of Industry 5.0. Secondly, they performed a state-of-the-art review on the topics of Industry 4.0/Industry 5.0 and Sustainability. The eligible documents have been subjected to a content analysis that identified seven themes. The present research identified a positive relationship between the implementation of Industry 4.0 and sustainable development attainment. This relationship constitutes an opportunity for Industry 5.0 to promote sustainability. Notwithstanding, a series of barriers, drivers and enablers were also identified. Also, this research conclusions are aligned with the explanation presented by the European Commission for the development of the Industry 5.0 concept. However, this will not be enough to shift the paradigm effectively. This paper compiled and analysed the most recent advancements in the new research agenda of Industry4.0/Industry 5.0 dedicated explicitly to sustainability, a topic that requires development in theoretical and empirical research.

Abstract
In the present paper, management strategies are analysed in order to evaluate the degree of entrepreneurship in firms' management by the use of innovation, risk and proactivity strategies. Since we are dealing with management strategies, it is possible to relate them to the concept of Intrapreneurship. This study was done in a region of northern (Portugal Vale do Sousa) and focus on Industrial and Construction sectors. The region is composed of six concelhos1 in some of which it is possible to identify some industrial districts. In order to get a valid sample, a group of 251 firms were analysed. Each strategy was analysed individually and the results pointed to a lack of culture of entrepreneurship in firms' management. Only Proactivity presented a positive result in firms' management. When grouping the results, it was possible to conclude that the degree of intrapreneurship is very low and firms are surviving (even succeeding) by following conventional (old fashioned) management strategies.

JOURNAL OF RISK AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This paper aims to (1) compare consumers' preferences between individual products and bundles as well as (2) investigate some of the factors involved in bundle characteristics that may affect consumer's preferences. Those factors are complementarity, price level, and discount level. An online survey developed by means of questionnaires were collected from the Portuguese population. Student's t-tests were used to test the hypothesis formulated and to analyze the consumers' preferences. The findings corroborate that in a scenario where the bundle does not offer any discounts, preference of individual products is higher. When a 20% discount is assigned to bundles, the overall preference for individual products is still superior. By offering a discount level of 45%, the overall preference for bundles becomes higher. The positive effect of complementarity bundles valuation is confirmed. This is the first approach to evaluate the preferences between bundles and individual products in the Portuguese market. The findings contribute to clarify the customer map within a Business Model Canvas. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the bundle complementarity and discount level effects simultaneously.
