Abstract
Project Management Maturity Models (PMMM) are considered practical tools to deal with poor Project Management (PM) performance, an issue that concerns academics and practitioners. However, the models that exist are something close to one size fits all. This means that those models might not be suitable for activity sectors with specific requirements, such as construction, in particular, the renovation and remodelling construction firms. The present research proposes a PMMM to assess the PM capabilities of Portuguese renovation and remodelling Project-Based Firms (PBF). To achieve this goal, the authors developed documental research, followed by exploratory research through qualitative analysis. The researchers conducted semi-structured interviews and performed a content analysis of the fully transcribed interviews. Compared with the literature review's findings, qualitative analysis results made it possible to find closure on previous research that indicated two models to have the best fit for an assessment project on construction PBFs: the OPM3 from the PMI and the MMGP-Prado. Based on those findings, the latter has the best fit for an assessment project on construction PBF. However, the model needs adjustments to fit the Portuguese context of renovation and remodelling organisations. This article presents a new PMMM for Portuguese renovation and remodelling construction firms based on obtained results. Furthermore, regarding construction PM, this article is among the few that studied PMMM on renovation and remodelling construction companies. Unlike large construction companies, these are small organisations that academics do not target for research.

Managing Generation Z: Motivation, Engagement and Loyalty

Abstract
In the chapter, we can find the recommendation for entrepreneurs. The authors are trying to answer the question: How should employers treat Generation Z employees? A complex analysis of the research carried out by the authors as well as other examples from Europe and other continents have been pointed out. A recommendation for enterprises has been included. © 2023 selection and editorial matter, Joanna Niezurawska, Radoslaw Antoni Kycia and Agnieszka Niemczynowicz; individual chapters, the contributors.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PRODUCTION ECONOMICS AND PROJECT EVALUATION, ICOPEV 2022

Abstract
This paper explores the effects of Industry 5.0 on Sustainable Development. The authors first developed a primer review to introduce the new research agenda of Industry 5.0. Secondly, they performed a state-of-the-art review on the topics of Industry 4.0/Industry 5.0 and Sustainability. The eligible documents have been subjected to a content analysis that identified seven themes. The present research identified a positive relationship between the implementation of Industry 4.0 and sustainable development attainment. This relationship constitutes an opportunity for Industry 5.0 to promote sustainability. Notwithstanding, a series of barriers, drivers and enablers were also identified. Also, this research conclusions are aligned with the explanation presented by the European Commission for the development of the Industry 5.0 concept. However, this will not be enough to shift the paradigm effectively. This paper compiled and analysed the most recent advancements in the new research agenda of Industry4.0/Industry 5.0 dedicated explicitly to sustainability, a topic that requires development in theoretical and empirical research.

International Journal of Emerging Technologies in Learning (iJET)

Abstract
This study investigates the evolutionary impact of applying artificial intelligence (AI) technology to foreign language education. By employing complex systems thinking, the relationship between foreign language education and AI technology is explored, and dynamic models are employed to analyze the evolutionary patterns of AI technology in foreign language education. Through model analysis and numerical simulations, the interactive effects between foreign language education and AI technology in different modes are revealed. The findings demonstrate that, under different coupling modes, foreign language education and AI technology can achieve self-organizing evolution. When the interaction coefficient between foreign language education and AI technology is appropriately set, AI technology exhibits emergent properties for foreign language education. Lastly, suggestions are presented to promote the sound development of foreign language education and AI technology.

Abstract
Abstract The article focuses on the consumption of goods used by consumers of different generations from 3 different countries: Albania, Polish and Portugal. The aim of the analysis was to identify respondents‘ indications concerning: (1) knowledge of the definition of the circular economy, (2) declared by respondents places of purchase of used products and (3) type of purchased products used by respondents. The analysis was conducted among 495 respondents from Albania, Polish and Portugal representing three generations (X, Y, Z). Correspondence analysis was used for statistical data analysis. Statistically significant differences in knowledge of the definition of the circular economy were shown between respondents from Albania, Polish and Portugal. It was also found that respondents‘ preferences regarding the place of purchase of second-hand goods are differentiated (at a statistically significant level) by nationality and year of birth (generation). The obtained results open the possibility of further research aimed at identifying different behaviors among these groups of consumers. The presented work, both in the cognitive and application part, can be a source of knowledge and popularization of research, as well as a source of inspiration for in-depth reflection and scientific discussion. The analyses presented in the publication may complement the existing research in the field of circular economy. Extending the survey to other EU countries can help define a strategy for policymakers, manufacturers and retailers to make greater use of circular economy solutions, while maintaining the viability of their operations.
