The TLANTIC NextGen Workforce project aims to develop innovative workforce management solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and mathematical optimization. Its goal is to improve workforce demand forecasting, generate more efficient work schedules, and dynamically adapt them to operational changes, while enhancing both business productivity and employee satisfaction. The project also includes the development of a simulation platform to evaluate scheduling decisions before real-world deployment.
