The MOBOT 2.0 project, bringing together INESC TEC and Europneumaq, aims to change this paradigm and will develop a new generation of intelligent mobile manipulator robots capable of addressing real industrial needs.

INESC TEC attended the European Robotics Forum (ERF) 2026, Europe’s leading event dedicated to robotics. Held annually, the forum brings together researchers, companies and policymakers from across the continent to share ideas, technologies and opportunities for collaboration. This year’s edition took place in Stavanger, Norway, from 23 to 27 March.

On 27 March, all roads led to Santarém, more specifically to CNEMA - the National Exhibition Centre for Agriculture - for the Fórum Nacional dos Clubes Ciência Viva na Escola. INESC TEC, as a partner of Ciência Viva, was present to mark the 30th anniversary of the country’s largest network for promoting scientific and technological culture.
