Robotics, control and artificial intelligence

Work description

Development of an intelligent control and coordination module for robotic manipulators, capable of adjusting the trajectory and resistance of the system in real time in response to variable external loads: i. Analysis and modeling of the robotic manipulator and the devices to be integrated (end-effector), defining the relevant mechanical and control parameters. ii. Development of adaptive control algorithms based on artificial intelligence techniques, allowing the detection and compensation of external disturbances. iii. Implementation of impedance control strategies to optimize the physical interaction between the robot and the environment, ensuring precision, stability, and safety. iv. Design of a modular architecture that supports flexible integration with different types of end-effectors. v. Development of a communication API that allows integration and information exchange with external modules. vi. Experimental validation of the proposed module, evaluating its performance in terms of adaptability, robustness, and control efficiency. Finally, a technical report will be prepared, and the submission of a scientific article describing the results obtained and the methodologies implemented will be valued.
