Abstract
In order to ensure the access of the visually impaired to all information provided online it is necessary to remove existing barriers on the websites through several existent approaches, from recommendations to web development to validations of existing websites. The issues on navigating through the web that are detected only during the user's interactions on the sites, creates a need to evaluate this user's interactions aiming to ensure the web accessibility. So, in this scenery, this study uses previous researches on the subject and web accessibility rates in order to identify those barriers commonly founded by these users with total visual impairment, as well as to come up with a list of recommendations in order to optimize the evaluation process.

Abstract
The development of new technologies, information systems, decision support systems and clinical parameters prediction algorithms using machine learning and data mining opens a new perspective in many area of health. In this context, relevance presents the concept of Quality of Life (QOL) in health and the possibility of developing Support Systems Clinical Decision (SADC) that use it. Through individual expectation of physical well-being, psychological, mental, emotional and spiritual patients, discussed variables and measures the quality of research area of life, we intend to make a study of data to establish correlations with laboratory, pharmaceutical data, socio-economic, among others, obtaining knowledge in terms of behavioral patterns of chronic patients, achieving a number of reliable data and easily accessible, capable of enhancing the decision-making process by the specialized medical teams, seeking to improve treatments and consequently the related quality of life with the Health chronically ill. This paper studied and compared related studies that develop systems for decision support and prediction in the clinical area, with emphasis on studies in the area of quality of life.

Modelling and sizing of NaS (sodium sulfur) battery energy storage system for extending wind power performance in Crete Island

Abstract
Crete Island is rich in renewable energy resources such as wind and solar. Likewise other European territories, renewable sources already are being explored for power production. Currently a large amount of wind energy on Crete is curtailed during certain daily periods as a result of reduced demand and minimum operating levels on thermal generators. Reducing wind power curtailment magnitude requires additional sources of flexibility in the grid, and electric energy storage is one of them. This paper address wind generation curtailment minimization through the storage of wind energy surplus. NaS (sodium sulfura) battery modelling is used in this study in order to shift wind generation from off-peak to on-peak through a technical-economic analysis, considering the total annualized cost of the storage system and the wind power curtailment based on an annual basis. The obtained results are based on real data, which includes Crete Island demand, renewable and conventional power generation.

Streaming Image Sequences for Vision-Based Mobile Robots

Abstract
Vision-based mobile robots have severe limitations related to the computational capabilities that are required for processing their algorithms. The vision algorithms processed onboard and without resorting to specialized computing devices do not achieve the real-time constraints that are imposed by that kind of systems. This paper describes a scheme for streaming image sequences in order to be used by techniques of artificial vision. A mobile robot with this architecture can stream image sequences over the network infrastructure for a device with higher computing power. Therefore, the robot assures the real-time performance with a reduced consumption of energy which increases its autonomy. The experiments conducted without using specialized computers proved that the proposed architecture can stream sequences of images with a resolution of 640x480 at 25 frames per second.

Abstract
In this paper, a management strategy to be used in the scheduling of insular electrical systems with energy storage system (EES) is presented. Integration of ESS allows reducing generation costs and greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions, as well as improving wind power penetration levels. The methodology presented in this paper is particularly useful for those systems provided with battery ESS, due to it is ability to include the effects of the most relevant components, such as thermal and renewable generation, bidirectional power converter, and charge controller operation. From the analysis of a case study considering a diesel-powered system and a Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB), it is possible to estimate the potential reduction on fuel consumption and wind power curtailment, in comparison with a case without EES.

Tourism brochures: Linking message strategies, tactics and brand destination attributes

Abstract
Brochures are a versatile and ubiquitous tourism advertising medium. Although almost all types of advertisement message strategies are considered in brochure development and production, the relationship of those strategies with brand destination attributes has not been studied. Likewise an extensive inventory of executional tactics can be applied to put forward a brochure concept. This research shows the relationship among executional tactics, message strategies and destination attributes in 400 tourism brochures from around the world. On average, each message strategy is associated with seventeen executional tactics. A single brand destination attribute may work with many message strategies. However, the connection between destination attributes and executional tactics is rather loose. This media-centered approach study will provide a benchmarking profile to advertising agency and tourism destination managers in their endeavor to develop brochures.
