Abstract
STEAM Education is nowadays a key element for our current digital society. Integrating STEAM and developing competences such as Computational Thinking is highly demanded by the industry and higher education institutions. In order to do so new methodological approaches are required. RoboSTEAM project is an Erasmus+ project defined to address these topics by using of physical devices and robotics employing Challenge Based Learning methodology. One of the first steps in the project development is the definition of current landscape in the research field. Which means to carry out a literature mapping that considers previous applications of Challenge Based Learning in STEAM education and use of robots and physical devices to do so. This paper shows the mapping review process and the main results obtained. The mapping analyze 242 candidate works from the most relevant bibliographic sources and selected 54. Form them it was possible to see that there are not many initiatives on STEM Education related to Challenge base learning and the most of them are specially focused on the application of specific tools and in the development of concrete competences.

Abstract
In a recent paper (10.1007/s11192-020-03386-9) we proposed a model to estimate the citations of an article in a database (Scopus/Web of Science) in which it is not indexed using the percentile rank of the database (Web of Science/Scopus) in which it is indexed. In this study we supplement the previous work with three advances: (1) by using 15 different research fields, corresponding to over 1 million papers, since we previously used only four fields; (2) by measuring the agreement between the percentile ranks in both databases using Lin's concordance correlation coefficient, since this coefficient has not been used previously to measure this agreement, but as a test with a sample of 15,400 papers to compare the actual and estimated number of citations; and (3) by using a robust data cleaning procedure. The results revealed a substantial concordance between percentile ranks of papers indexed in these two databases in all the research fields studied, and that this concordance is even stronger for high percentile values. This level of concordance suggests that we can consider the percentile of a paper in a database in which it is not indexed as being equal to the percentile of this paper in a database in which it is indexed. In other words, we increased the reliability of our previous conclusions that the percentile rank can be used as a citation database-normalization. The results of this study contribute to improve the use of citation counts in bibliometric studies, and to calculate research indicators when we need to use both bibliographic databases.

Abstract
Purpose The purpose of this study is twofold, being the first to grasp a broad picture of entrepreneurship determinants in Qatar, and second, to explore the intermediate effect of gender upon other factors affecting the propensity to become an entrepreneur and highlight gender heterogeneity. Combining theories on entrepreneurship determinants and gender, the study analyses the role of education (general and specific to enterprise), skill perception, social context and fear to fail as determinants of new venture creation in Qatar. The objective of the study is to appraise the determinants of the entrepreneurial activity in Qatar and understand if they hold across genders in terms of significance and magnitude. If so, policy actions can be adjusted to overcome gender gaps. This study aims to design policy recommendations to reinforce the Qatari entrepreneurial ecosystem and promote positive discrimination towards women initiatives in the Gulf region. Design/methodology/approach To understand male and female propensity to entrepreneurial activity in Qatar, a database from Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) was used, considering data from 2014, with a sample that includes 4,272 individuals. To explore how the explanatory variables affect entrepreneurial propensity and if they hold significance across genders, three logistic regressions were run, the first including the entire sample, and the second and third separating individuals according to the gender. Then, to statistically appraise the differences among groups, a Kruskal-Wallis test was run to evidence group heterogeneity. Marginal effects of the model reinforce gender differences. The analysis was performed using Stata. Findings Different patterns of entrepreneurial propensity can be found among genders, allowing the exploration male and female determinants. The analysis shows that Qatari women are less prone to start a business when compared to men in equal conditions. For women, age is a deterring factor, contrarily to men. Both genders seem to be unconstrained by the fear to fail, still the self-perception of skills has a stronger effect on women. Originality/value The study identifies gender differences in entrepreneurial propensity. The potential differences are firstly put in theoretical terms and followed by an exploratory analysis comprising statistical analysis and econometric estimations. The results allow examining the profile of male and female entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs, the determinants of entrepreneurial initiatives and gender gaps. The study helps policy makers to elaborate adequate strategies to foster gender equality on entrepreneurship, aiming to increase overall entrepreneurial activity and consequently socio-economic development.

Abstract
The problem of the consumption or provision of common and public goods is a well known and well studied problem in economic sciences. The nature of the problem is the existence of non-excludable externalities which gives rise to incentives to free-riding behaviour. There are several economical frameworks trying to deal with the problem such as coalition theory or mechanism design and implementation theory to ensure a Pareto efficient consumption or provision of such good. Baliga and Maskin considered an environmental game where several communities face a problem of pollution reduction. They show that all communities except one of them have incentives to act as a free-rider, i.e. only one community is willing to face the costs that air cleaning implies, namely the one with greatest preference for the good. In this work we introduce an adaptive evolutionary dynamics for the generalization of the Baliga-Maskin model to quasi-linear utility functions. We show that the Baliga-Maskin equilibrium is the only asymptotically stable dynamical equilibrium, all others being unstable. This result reasserts the problem of free-riding and externalities for the case of a common good in a dynamically/evolutionary setting, and reiterates the relevance of mechanism design and coalition formation in the context of dynamical models.

Abstract
Although interest in FinTech businesses has been growing, research about these companies is still scarce. To address this gap, this paper aims to understand the evolution of the FinTechs ecosystem, through a socio-technical system theory and service innovation lense. A case study research methodology was used, in which 6 Brazilian and 5 Portuguese FinTechs were analyzed. Primary data was collected using semi-structured interviews with managers and employees of the startups, while secondary data was obtained through the analysis of reports from consulting firms and public relations materials of the startups. Results show the evolution of FinTech ecosystems from the perspective of socio-technical system theory and service innovation. From the socio-technical system perspective it was possible to understand the roles of social, technological and organizational actors in the evolution of these ecosystems. From the service innovation perspective, it was possible to understand the dynamics of the evolution of the FinTech ecosystems and its results.

Abstract
Forests have been harassed by fire in recent years. Whether by human action or for other reasons, the burned area has increased harming fauna and flora. It is fundamental to detect an ignition early in order to firefighters fight the fire minimizing the fire impacts. The proposed Forest Monitoring System aims to improve the nature monitoring and to enhance the existing surveillance systems. A set of innovative operations is proposed that will allow to identify a forest ignition and also will monitor the fauna. For that, a set of sensors are being developed and placed in the forest to transmit data and identify forest fire ignition. This paper addresses a methodology that identifies the optimal positions to place the developed sensors in order to minimize the fire hazard. Some preliminary results are shown by a stochastic algorithm that spread points to position the sensor modules in areas with a high risk of fire hazard.
