Abstract
Finding effective ways to evaluate the process and a team in software engineering is not a trivial task. Therefore, it is pertinent to study metrics that can be used in Scrum environments to monitor and evaluate the team's progress and support the implementation of improvements. This study explores the relevance of 12 specific metrics applied in a Scrum environment and explores their importance considering multiple dimensions through the adoption of a quantitative methodology based on a survey that received 137 valid answers from Portuguese Scrum professionals. The results allowed us to conclude that the metrics related to the business value delivered and sprint goal success are the most relevant. Furthermore, factors like the number of years of experience of individuals, their role in the Scrum team, and the size of the organisation are factors that influence the perception of the importance of these metrics.

Abstract
Background & aims: The Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA) is the most used tool to assess malnutrition and/or its risk among older adults. Its Screening section was proposed as a short form (MNA-SF) but studies comparing the two forms present controversial results. Our main aims were to study the agreement between MNA-SF and its full form (MNA-FF) among Portuguese older adults living in the community and to develop a more sensible version of the MNA-SF. Material and methods: This cross-sectional study used a convenience sample of 456 older adults (54.2% females) aged 65-92 years (mean = 73; SD = 6). Data analyzed included: nutritional status (MNA), social support (Fillenbaum's Social Network Index), level of independency in daily activities (Lawton e Brody's scale) and eating-related quality of life. Both MNA-FF and MNA-SF classify participants as malnourished, at risk of malnutrition or with normal nutrition status. Anthropometric assessments (weight, height, arm and calf perimeters) were carried out and BMI was computed. Results: The agreement between the two classifications is 82.7%, but Cohen's k shows a weak agreement (weighted Cohen's k = 0.497; p < 0,001), and the sensitivity of the MNA-SF to detect malnutrition or its risk (as assessed by the MNA-FF) was 42.6% (despite a specificity of 98.8%). Participants classified as normal using the MNA-SF despite at risk using the MNA-FF present lower scores in two items from the Assessment section (number of full meals eaten daily and amount of fluid consumed per day). These were included in MNA-SF to obtain an extended short-version (MNA-5F8). The difference between the ROC curves for MNA-SF and MNA-5F8 justifies the preferential use of the MNA-5F8 with an estimated cut-off of 14 points, which showed high sensitivity (91.8%) and specificity (79.9%). Conclusions: The addition of two items to the MNA-SF provides a more sensible tool to detect the risk of malnutrition among older adults. General eating-related questions seem relevant to assess malnutrition in this age group.

Abstract
Information and communication technologies have contributed decisively to the evolution of the agriculture field, allowing the exchange of information between various platforms, the automation of processes, and the storage and processing of large volumes of data. This study proposes the development of an application for mobile devices that facilitates the process of managing and monitoring the production of an urban farming. The application can also be used by less experienced farmers by providing relevant information on the best products per season according to soil characteristics and climate. The results of the developed application demonstrated the application's potential to increase crops visibility, increase efficiency throughout the value chain, access to real-time business and financial data, turns possible to customize the application according to the users' profile, increase the efficiency of marketing processes, and contribute to reducing transport costs.

Abstract
We present outcomes from our experimental work towards identification of forest segments in Czech Jeseniky mountains damaged by a hurricane event on March 17, 2018. We have specifically processed Sentinel-1 satellite radar data and identified a functional methodology of extracting extents of the affected segments. The backscatter intensity of the damaged forest segments in Sentinel-1 images does not change significantly, subject to the sensitivity of the instrument. We have identified that a careful preprocessing of the data can lead to a state of possibility to identify edges of the affected areas in one of Principal Components (PC) generated from a set of dual-polarisation images before and after the event. In our case, these features were clearly visible in PC3 that was used in post-processing chain incorporating strong spatial filtering and edge detection routines. The identified damaged forest segments were validated by mapping during visiting one of the areas and by a comparison with multispectral satellite imagery, from data taken following year (as the damaged forest areas were already cleared and not regenerated). The approach can bring advantage in possibility of early preliminary mapping of the forest damages. (C) 2021 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

Abstract
While compressed air energy storage (CAES) has many applications in the field of generation and transmission power systems based on the state-of-the-art, this paper proposes the application of smallscale CAESs (SCAESs) in form of a storage aggregator in the daily operation of an active distribution system (ADS), joining the distribution system operator (DSO) for the participation in the day-ahead (DA) wholesale market. An innovative two-agent modeling approach is formulated. The first agent is responsible for aggregating SCAES units and the profit maximization of the aggregator is based on the distribution local marginal price. The DSO as the second agent receives the DA scheduling from the independent SCAES aggregator and is thus responsible for the secure operation of the ADS, utilizing solar and dispatchable distributed generation (DG) as well as purchasing power from the wholesale market. Linear programming is used for the formulation and optimization of the SCAES aggregator, while a biobjective optimization algorithm (with the objectives of minimum operating cost as well as minimum power loss and emissions in different scenarios) is employed for DSO scheduling. The results show that the CAES aggregator can offer a considerable impact for power loss reduction, specifically, when diesel generators are not committed in the system operation (i.e., where emission has very low values between 10,000 and 12000 kg). Additionally, the CAES aggregator could reduce the operation costs of the grid in a wide range of operations, even though for the scenario in which the CAES units are not under the control of the DSO anymore and also are scheduled to maximize their own profit. Moreover, results demonstrated that CAES units can be a significant voltage control device for a distribution grid with different objectives. Finally, some conclusions are duly drawn.
