Análise e Validação Técnica de AMR HikRobot - Compatibilidade e Conformidade VDA5050

The purpose of this proposal is to provide technical consulting focused on the analysis and validation of the HikRobot system, aiming to ensure compatibility and compliance with the VDA5050 standard, as well as to verify the feasibility of applying VDA5050 to the vertical shuttles. The consulting work will also include adjustments to the layout of the 1st automated warehouse to ensure that the fleet manager developed within the scope of the RAPID project meets the operational needs and requirements of Prozis. The main objectives include: • Validating the correct and full compatibility of the HikRobot AMRs with VDA5050, including practical tests with a prototype unit at our facilities. • Studying, evaluating, and proposing solutions for the operational compliance of the vertical shuttles with VDA5050. • Suggesting improvements and validating the layout of the automated warehouse, ensuring that the proposed solution properly adapts to the fleet management system currently under negotiation.
