EEN-PORTUGAL 2028 aims to support innovation and internationalization by promoting collaborative business models, networking, and knowledge sharing among entrepreneurial entities such as clusters, digital innovation hubs, and business networks. It will facilitate European and international market access for SMEs and start-ups, providing integrated, growth-oriented business and innovation support to strengthen competitiveness and sustainability—economically, environmentally, and socially. The programme focuses on digitalization, green transition, ESG, and access to funding, helping SMEs build resilience, upskill, and remain competitive in the Single Market and beyond. Activities will be guided by the “Hub and Spoke” model and the “Client Journey” approach.
