About

I work in game theory. In particular, on how social interactions and networks impact decision-making and classical economic models. In general, mathematical modeling with context-dependent strategic solutions. I further pursue the expansion of the (usual) boundaries associated with (conscious and unconscious) structured mathematical reasoning.

My background is mathematics, with an MSc in Mathematical Engineering and a PhD in applied mathematics from the University of Porto.

I am an invited assistant professor at the Department of Informatics Engineering of the Engineering Faculty of the University of Porto and a researcher at LIAAD, the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Decision Support at Inesc Tec.
