Work description
Integrating data from optical sensors and multi-omics in systems biology (SB), Genome-scale metabolic model (GSMM) for the grapevine where the metabolic pathways of the grapevine can be explored to understand the impact of genetic, environmental, and cultural practices on vine physiology/metabolism for the development of advanced precision agriculture models.
Academic Qualifications
PhD in Agricultural Sciences, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics/BS, Biotechnology Engineering and related fields.
Minimum profile required
-Agricultura de precisão e digital.- BS: ‘genome scale metabolic models’, ‘graph analysis’, ‘flux balance analysis’- Modelos preditivos baseados em AI.- Computacionais: R(Bioconductor), MATLAB (Biologia computacional), Python (ex. pyCOBRA, pyMEW) e Bioiformatica para pesquisa em bases de dados.- Integração multiomica (ex. HPLC, GCMS)).- Agricultura de precisão.-Precision and digital agriculture-SB: genome-scale metabolic models, graph analysis, flux balance analysis- AI-driven predictive models-Computers: R(Bioconductor), MATLAB (Computational Biology), Python (eg. MEWpy, pyCobra) and Bioinformatics for database search.-Experience with multi-omics integration (e.g. HPLC, GC_MS)- Precision agriculture
Preference factors
Proven experience in systems biology and bioinformatics. The jury may not award the scholarship if the quality of the candidates is inferior to that intended.
