Industrial Robotics
Work description
- Analyze, adapt, and migrate existing ROS1 packages to ROS2; - Support lab members in integrating and testing converted packages; - Participate in follow-up meetings and technical discussions; - Understand and interact with robotic concepts and hardware.
Academic Qualifications
Student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a graduate in the same fields.
Minimum profile required
- Proven knowledge of containerization tools such as "Container", "Podman", and "Distrobox"- Ability to read and interpret code in C++ and Python;- Availability for meetings and collaborative work;- Good understanding of concepts in robotics, control, and sensing.- Proven prior experience in robotics;- Proven knowledge of ROS1 and ROS2;- Experience in C++ and Python programming.
Preference factors
• Prior experience in robotics; • Scientific publications in the field of robotics. • Experience in R&D projects
