Distributed Systems
Work description
Considering the context of image processing pipelines, the following activities are defined: - exploring image processing pipelines; - explore process orchestration systems; - design and implement a distributed image processing prototype; - write a dissertation in the context of the work carried out.
Academic Qualifications
MSc in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or alike.
Minimum profile required
- In-depth knowledge of image processing;- Knowledge of the use of process orchestration tools, namely Nextflow;- Knowledge of image processing tools such as MaPPeRTrac, TractoFlow QSIPrep.
Preference factors
- Knowledge of distributed systems; - Knowledge of image processing pipelines.
