Abstract
Trabalhos científicos apresentados na conferência IV INTERNATIONAL FORUM ON MANAGEMENT: As Organizações na Era Digital, Desafios para a Sustentabilidade, que se realizou na Universidade Aberta nos dias 5 a 7 de março de 2020. Os trabalhos científicos com preponderância nos temas: economia, gestão turismo e sustentabilidade, estão apresentados nos formatos de poster, resumo alargado ou artigo completo (full paper), em português, espanhol ou inglês, tendo sido previamente submetidos a uma rigorosa avaliação (blind review) por uma comissão científica internacional.

Abstract
In democratic countries, government websites became an important channel for interaction with the public administration in the last few years. Nevertheless, several issues have an impact on the way users access to content and information. Lack of accessibility and usability or, in the broad sense, lack of concern with user needs, can still be found in many government websites. To address the problem, a previous literature review on e-government information delivery attributes was performed. Based on this review, a large set of attributes related to quality was obtained to evaluate these dimensions in the context of e-government. The purpose of this study is to better understand which of these attributes are the most valued, in the users' perspective, for evaluating content delivered by government websites. A qualitative approach was adopted, using Focus Group interviews as a strategy to obtain data and Thematic Analysis to analyze such data. The main results highlighted the attributes related to content delivery, interaction, and emotional aspects. User Experience, accessibility, and usability were prioritized by Focus Group participants.

Abstract
The general objective of this article is to present the importance of robotics as well as the development of robots for use by elementary and middle students. In addition to discussing pedagogical mediation in this context. The reason for the development of this work centers on the need for studies on Robotics in the educational environment and its networks of relations with a focus on learning of students and on the need for a change in the culture of the school. The methodology of this work is based on the cartographic method of research and intervention that, instead of seeking a result or conclusion, seeks to follow the process, seeking to establish relationships. Thus, we began mapping the pedagogical mediation between the teachers and students of the municipal schools of Viamão, EMEF Residencial Figueira and EMEF Sergeant Manoel Raymundo Soares. In order to understand the pedagogical mediation of the inventive robot robotics activities for the competitions of the II Municipal Robotics Exhibition of the Viamão Municipality - Rio Grande do Sul. From the results, we can highlight that the students seek to improve their knowledge in related areas, such as in physics, mathematics, electronics, programming and mechanics. Assuming an inventive and active stance, it also enables students to build not only concepts, skills, but also values and ideals in order to contribute to society. Making them autonomous, independent and responsible citizens.

Abstract
Using virtual environments (VEs) is a safer and cost-effective alternative to training people in different contexts. Immersive Virtual Reality (VR), combined with game aspects, have the potential to improve the user experience in the VE by increasing realism, engagement, and motivation. In education, there is a consensus about its contribution in the teaching and learning processes. However, in Brazil, only a few research groups have developed projects that involve the development of VR for education, due to technical difficulties and high costs. This manuscript presents the development and evaluation of an VR serious game to support the learning of neuroanatomy, an extended version of our previously published paper at the SVR 2020. In this version, we present the results of four different user studies, involving 57 participants, which suggest that the VR Neuro Game is easy to use, even by inexperienced subjects in VR, and is potentially useful for teaching and learning processes, both by individual students and groups of students and also in remote learning. In addition, the game was considered fun and did not cause discomfort. When comparing the knowledge test performance before and immediately after the experiments, we found significant difference only for the virtual condition. The same could be observed for retention results.

Abstract
O artigo apresenta uma pesquisa qualitativa, que se apropria do método cartográfico de pesquisa-intervenção para compreender rastros presentes nos contextos educacionais (educação básica, superior e pós-graduação) em tempos de pandemia. Problematiza o habitar do ensinar e do aprender na constituição de redes de conhecimento e de formação que articulam, a partir da pesquisa, a educação em diferentes níveis e a extensão. O objetivo é identificar pistas que possibilitem cocriar uma proposta de Educação OnLIFE, numa perspectiva ecossistêmica. Compreendemos o conceito de rede como o movimento conectivo que forma o social, sendo este composto por diferentes entidades biológicas, físicas e digitais (humanas e não humanas), que por atos conectivos vão tecendo essa rede. Dessa forma, nunca fica totalmente claro quem está atuando/agindo. O ato conectivo se dá no encontro operatório que pode acontecer no espaço geográfico e no espaço digital, de forma síncrona e assíncrona, por presenças plurais, nos hibridismos, onde ecologias diversas (inteligências humanas e não humanas) operam em rede. Essa compreensão traz em si, a superação de uma teoria da ação dualista (sujeito/objeto) e de centralidades (ora no conteúdo, no professor ou no estudante). A rede é então, o que emerge em atos conectivos transorgânicos, produto dos agenciamentos entre humanos e não humanos, que atuam mutuamente, conectando inteligências diversas, promovendo assim, a transubstanciação. Isso contribui para a superação de uma visão de mundo antropocêntrica, sujeitocêntrica e tecnocêntrica. Como resultado apresentamos pistas que permitem atualizar a virtualidade de uma Educação OnLIFE transubstanciada, enquanto ecossistema de inovação na educação.

Abstract
Experienciar a cidade enquanto espaço de aprendizagem implica entrelaçamento de seus vários tempos, espaços e de suas dimensões humanas e não humanas, digitais, biológicas, históricas, econômicas, etc. Entender a cidade como entidade viva, complexa e comunicativa se afasta da visão antropocêntrica de mundo e instaura outras formas de comunicação, habitação e aprendizagem. Portanto, este artigo apresenta o processo de desenvolvimento de uma prática pedagógica gamificada cujo objetivo é compreender como o coengendramento dos diversos entes constituintes da cidade produz o pensamento computacional na perspectiva da aprendizagem inventiva, segundo uma proposta de Educação OnLIFE. Tal prática integra o projeto de pesquisa A cidade como espac¸o de aprendizagem: pra´ticas pedago´gicas inovadoras para a promoc¸a~o da cidadania e do desenvolvimento social sustenta´vel, financiado pela Fundação Carlos Chagas e pelo Itaú Social, e desenvolvida pelo Grupo de Pesquisa Educação Digital — GPe-dU, UNISINOS/CNPq. O estudo, qualitativo, apropria-se do método cartográfico de pesquisa-intervenção para produção e análise dos dados. Como resultado, apresentam-se pistas que permitem compreender a emergência do pensamento computacional para explorar a cidade, bem como a necessidade de inovação de práticas pedagógicas a partir da problematização do mundo para uma Educação conectada com a vida.
