Abstract
The purpose of this scoping review was to identify and summarize how technology can promote patient participation in the rehabilitation process in hip replacement. We conducted a scoping review following the steps outlined by the Joanna Briggs Institute. The PRISMA Checklist (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses) was utilized to systematically organize the gathered information. A thorough search of articles was performed on PubMed, Scopus, and CINAHL databases for all publications up to December 2022. Twenty articles were included in this study. Various technologies, such as mobile applications, Web sites, and platforms, offer interactive approaches to facilitate total hip replacement rehabilitation. The analyzed studies were based on the rehabilitation of total hip arthroplasty, which in most of them was developed in mobile applications and Web sites. The studies identified reflect trends in the application of digital health technologies to promote patient engagement in the rehabilitation process and provide risk monitoring and patient education.

Abstract
This study explores the prediction and mitigation of pallet collapse during transportation within the glass packaging industry, employing a machine learning approach to reduce cargo loss and enhance logistics efficiency. Using the CRoss-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) framework, data were systematically collected from a leading glass manufacturer and analysed. A comparative analysis between the Decision Tree and Random Forest machine learning algorithms, evaluated using performance metrics such as F1-score, revealed that the latter is more effective at predicting pallet collapse. This study is pioneering in identifying new critical predictive variables, particularly geometry-related and temperature-related features, which significantly influence the stability of pallets. Based on these findings, several strategies to prevent pallet collapse are proposed, including optimizing pallet stacking patterns, enhancing packaging materials, implementing temperature control measures, and developing more robust handling protocols. These insights demonstrate the utility of machine learning in generating actionable recommendations to optimize supply chain operations and offer a foundation for further academic and practical advancements in cargo handling within the glass industry.

Abstract
Background & Aim: This scoping review aims to identify and summarize how technology can help prevent work-related musculoskeletal injuries in healthcare professionals. Methods & Materials: We conducted a scoping review following the steps provided by the Joanna Briggs Institute. The PRISMA (R) - Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses model was used to organize the information, following the recommendations described in PRISMA-ScR (PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews) for the article presentation. A search of PubMed, Scopus, and CINAHL databases was conducted for all articles in December 2023. Results: Of the 964 initial articles identified, 7 met the inclusion criteria. The reviewed studies highlight the effectiveness of various technological interventions in reducing musculoskeletal injuries among healthcare professionals. Wearable technologies, such as inertial measurement units, have been effective in promoting correct posture and reducing the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. However, the studies also identified significant challenges, including the generalizability of findings, the need for more robust empirical evidence, and issues related to the long-term sustainability and cost-effectiveness of these technologies. Conclusion: The conclusion of this analysis highlights the need for scalable, effective, and customized therapies and calls for more study and development in gamification, wearable technologies, and tailored mobile applications.

Abstract
This study addresses the critical need to enhance patient's experience with healthcare mobile applications. With the exponential growth of healthcare apps over the past decade, it is imperative to understand the patients' perceptions of what is lacking and how healthcare mobile applications can be improved in terms of design, features, and communication between patients and providers, such as doctors or hospitals. This research was conducted in four phases: gathering insights into User-Interface (UI) and User-Experience, constructing a patient-focused survey, experimenting with various UI designs, and statistically analyzing survey responses about hospital mobile applications. Key findings from 82 responses highlighted the necessity to redesign both hospital app transaction processes and the apps themselves in terms of functionality and UI. Technological innovations like chatbots were underutilized due to the lack of affective computing in developing these features and a reported lack of user awareness. Regarding UI preferences, respondents favored larger text, less bold text, and blue as the primary color. Future developments should include direct communication with doctors and self-check-in features. Addressing these areas can significantly enhance patient satisfaction and engagement with healthcare mobile applications, particularly hospital apps.

Abstract
In recent years, there has been an increasing trend towards innovative and interactive learning approaches. Serious games have emerged as a promising solution in health education, offering engaging and immersive learning experiences. This article presents the development steps of a mobile application to promote knowledge of nursing assessment and intervention in the family. A prototype was developed for Android devices using React Native technology and Firebase database, incorporating gamification elements. It was then evaluated by potential users. The results showed that the proposed solution successfully enhanced nurses' learning about family issues and dynamics, receiving positive feedback from users regarding its effectiveness and usability. By leveraging the power of mobile technology and gamification, this researchwork seeks to bridge an existing gap, contributing to the advancement of game-based educational approaches in the health field.
