Abstract
Guided by a real case, this paper efficiently proposes a new metaheuristic algorithm based on Simulated Annealing to solve the Heterogeneous Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows to deliver fresh meat in urban environments. Our proposal generates an initial feasible solution using a hybrid heuristic based on the well-known Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) solution and, subsequently, refining it through a Simulated Annealing (SA). We have tested the efficiency of the proposed approach in a company case study related to the planning of the transportation of a regional distribution center meat company to customers within the urban and rural perimeter of Bogota, Colombia. The main goal is to reach a service level of 97% while reducing operational costs and several routes (used vehicles). The results show that the proposed approach finds better routes than the current ones regarding costs and service level within short computing times. The proposed scheme promises to solve the refrigerated vehicle routing problem. (c) 2022 by the authors; licensee Growing Science, Canada

Abstract
In this paper, for the data set of the Iberian Electricity Market for the period 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2019, 19 different models are considered from econometrics, statistics, and artificial intelligence to explain how electricity markets work. This survey allows us to obtain a more complete, critical view of the most cited models. The machine learning models appear to be very good at selecting the best explanatory variables for the price. They provide an interesting insight into how much the price depends on each variable under a nonlinear perspective. Notwithstanding, it might be necessary to make the results understandable. Both the autoregressive models and the linear regression models can provide clear explanations for each explanatory variable, with special attention given to GARCHX and LASSO regression, which provide a cleaner linear result by removing variables that have a minimal linear impact.

Abstract
This study aims to develop a new jig holding system that is able to be controlled by a Computer Numeric Control (CNC) installed on three-axis machining centers, which can drastically im-prove the productivity in machining operations, enabling the machining of unparallel plans in the same setup. An action research methodology was adopted for this work, which, through a practical approach, intends to generate transferrable knowledge to other organizations whose situations are like those in this study. Together, the practical actions and the knowledge acquired create the changes needed for improving these processes. By conducting a case study, it was observed that savings of about 40 % can be easily achieved for parts with low geometric complexity. If the complexity of the parts increases, it is expected that these savings can be even higher. The return of investment is less than 2 years, which is usually affordable for enterprises. Through this study, it was possible to develop a new jig holding system that can be attached to a three-axis CNC machining center and clearly expands its functions and productivity. With this system, it is possible to work in different planes of the part in sequence, as well as use a double-sided table for the jigs, doubling the production batch each time the machine is loaded. Moreover, a list of key settings has been created with the main requirements and recommendations to adopt this kind of production system, which can be highlighted as the main research output.

Abstract
FluidHarmony is an algorithmic method for defining a hierarchical harmonic lexicon in equal temperaments. It utilizes an enharmonic weighted Fourier transform space to represent pitch class set (pcsets) relations. The method ranks pcsets based on user-defined constraints: the importance of interval classes (ICs) and a reference pcset. Evaluation of 5,184 Western musical pieces from the 16th to 20th centuries shows FluidHarmony captures 8% of the corpus's harmony in its top pcsets. This highlights the role of ICs and a reference pcset in regulating harmony in Western tonal music while enabling systematic approaches to define hierarchies and establish metrics beyond 12-TET.

MULTIMEDIA SYSTEMS
Abstract
Virtual reality (VR) technologies have been used successfully in tourism marketing. While most conventional VR applications are of an audiovisual nature, the constant evolution of these technologies allows providing enriched multisensory VR content that can further increase the potential of VR applied to the tourism field. To generate insights into the impact of such VR technologies, this manuscript investigates the impact of such multisensory VR setups and gender on the user's sense of presence, satisfaction, emotions, and attitudes. A user study with a gender-balanced sample (N = 80) was carried where two VR setups (audiovisual vs multisensory) were compared taking into account the user's gender. Results revealed that the female sample scored significantly higher spatial presence across VR setups and reported more involvement and overall presence in the audiovisual condition. In addition, correlations were found between the pairs Spatial Presence-Emotions, Spatial Presence-Enjoyment, Satisfaction-Involvement, Satisfaction-Enjoyment, and Satisfaction and Usefulness to perceive the destination. Results also suggest that multisensory stimulus can mitigate possible gender differences in passive VR scenarios. We concluded that the capability of the VR system to make users feel physically present in the virtual environment contributes significantly to the development of positive emotions and enjoyment, which can contribute positively to the user's consumer behaviour towards the touristic products and services.
