Abstract
Primary healthcare (PHC) is a fundamental pillar in a health system, and its role has only been enhanced in the COVID-19 pandemic. The emergence of COVID-19 required health systems and, in particular, PHCs to develop a constant capacity to adapt and resist adversity. Therefore, it was considered important to identify innovative measures and thus the experience of a family health unit (USF) in Portugal - USF Arte Nova (USFAN) was reported. After carrying out a systematic review of the literature and interviews with the Presidents of the Clinical and Health Councils of five Health Centre Groupings, the measures identified were gathered and compared to the ones carried out by USFAN. Subsequently, the study identified the measures considered to be truly original executed by the health unit. Between the measures presented, the use of an access prioritization score was highlighted, as were daily briefing regarding the management of resources and equipment, qualification of the use of personal protective equipment, the project that aimed to optimize the use of paper; the use of a drive-through method to update the National Vaccination Program; and the daily training and sharing of information about COVID-19. In light of the current pandemic, innovative practices and tools have been created and carried out by the healthcare professionals in response to the growing needs of the population. This shows the resilience of these professionals and constitutes an opportunity to share and implement these tools in other health-care facilities highlighting the continuing chance of improving.

Abstract
Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a coherent set of principles, methods, and models that express the structure of an enterprise and its IT landscape. EA mining uses data mining techniques to automate EA modelling tasks. Ontologies help to define concepts and the relationships among these concepts to describe a domain of interest This work presents an extensible ontology for EA mining focused on extracting architectural models that use logs from an API gateway as the data source. The proposed ontology was developed using the OntoUML language to ensure its quality and avoid anti-patterns through ontology rule checks. Then, a hypothesized scenario using data structures close to the real is used to simulate the ontology application and validate its theoretical feasibility as well as its contribution to the Enterprise Architecture Management field. Abstract
Previous work from our team, has proposed a novel approach to invisible electrocardiography (ECG) in sanitary facilities using polymeric electrodes, leading to the creation of a proof-of-concept system integrated in a toilet seat. However, for this approach to be industrially feasible, further optimization is needed, in particular in what concerns electrode materials compatible with injection moulding processes. In this paper we explore the use of different types of conductive materials as electrodes, aiming at industrial-scale production of a toilet seat capable of recording ECG data, without the need for bodyworn devices. In addition, the effect of cleaning agents applied to the materials over time. Our approach has been evaluated comparatively with a gold standard device, for a population of 15 healthy subjects. While some of the materials did not allow adequate signal acquisition in all users, one electrically conductive compound showed the best results as per heart rate and ECG waveform morphology analysis. For the best performing compound we were able to acquire signals in 100% of the sessions, with an average heart rate deviation between the reference and experimental systems of -3.67 +/- 5.05 beats per minute (BPM). In terms of ECG waveform morphology, the best cases showed a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.99.

Abstract
This study seeks to assess the academic community's knowledge and perception of open innovation. While the so-called closed innovation is rooted in the discourse of future managers, open innovation, being a relatively recent paradigm, may be an unknown form of innovation and therefore its potential is underused. What is the perception of open innovation among students and faculty at a private Portuguese university? The technical procedure was based on a survey, and 64 responses were obtained (the population corresponds to 3666 people). It was shown that the theme of open innovation, despite being recognized in the academic world, is still little known in the community. Although Portugal is a country of meager funds for innovation, which should lead to a greater focus on open innovation, this may not be happening due to the lack of trust in strangers that exists culturally in Portugal, and that may be currently hindering open innovation partnerships. Finally, in order to identify possible relationships between gender and perceptions regarding open innovation, we applied the chi-square test of independence (X-2) in relation to gender. This exploratory study verified the existence of gender equality regarding the variables analyzed on open innovation.
