Abstract
E-commerce is a form of trade that has gained increasing attention from consumers and sellers. However, despite high growth rates, e-commerce still has low levels of consumers. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the purchasing decision in e-commerce, in order to better understand acceptance or rejection of e-commerce among consumers. To this end, a first framework was constructed based on previous research on consumer adoption of e-commerce. Then, three categories (derived from interviews) were added. This more complete model was tested using the structural equation model based on partial least squares. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the perceived relative advantage, the ease of use, the drawbacks associated with a non-European Union country of sale and the perceived risk, directly influence the consumer's purchase intent in e-commerce. We also found a set of twelve variables that act as indirect influences.

Abstract
The last years are witnesses of continuous raise in the price of traditional fuels. This fact, joined to environmental concerns and the fears concerning the inevitable oil reserves depletion, has empowered the search for new energetic sources. Organic photovoltaic cells or Gratzel cells are a solution for collecting solar energy. Searching for new materials for this type of solar cells is normally a trial-and-error procedure. Assembling components to make a solar cell in the laboratory is a difficult and expensive task. In this work, the electrochemical behaviour of flavonoids that can be used as sensitizers in solar photovoltaic cells when in contact with a given semiconductor is studied. This procedure can simplify the process of pairing a dye with a semiconductor in order to obtain optimum performance when designing new photovoltaic cells. Abstract
This paper presents an automatic approach for artery/vein (A/V) classification based on the analysis of a graph representing the structure of the retinal vasculature. The entire vascular tree is classified by deciding on the type of each intersection point (graph node) and assigning one of two classes to each vessel segment (graph link). The final label for each vessel segment is accomplished by a combination of structural information taken from the graph (link class) with intensity features measured in the original color image. An accuracy of 88.0% was achieved for the 40 images of the INSPIRE-AVR dataset, thus demonstrating that our method outperforms state-of-the-art approaches for A/V classification.

Abstract
The evolution of industrial networks can be summarized as a constant battle to define the universal technology that integrates field devices and applications. Since the Fieldbus wars in the 1980s, diverse wired solutions have been proposed. However, this scenario has been changing due to the introduction of industrial wireless sensor networks. In the last 10 years, the development of deterministic scheduling techniques, redundant routing algorithms, and energy saving issues has brought wireless sensor networks into the industrial domain. This new communication paradigm is governed by a de facto standard, the IEEE 802.15.4, and more recently also by the IEEE 802.15.5. However, there are signs of a new battle on the horizon with the new publicly available specifications of WirelessHART, ISA100.11a, and IEC 62601. In this chapter, to the authors analyze the advantages and drawbacks of these emerging technologies for industrial wireless sensor networks. © 2013, IGI Global.
