Abstract
This paper presents a framework and methods to estimate electric vehicles' possible states, regarding their demand, location and grid connection periods. The proposed methods use the Monte Carlo simulation to estimate the probability of occurrence for each state and a fuzzy logic probabilistic approach to characterize the uncertainty of electric vehicles' demand. Day-ahead and hour-ahead methodologies are proposed to support the smart grids' operational decisions. A numerical example is presented using an electric vehicles fleet in a smart city environment to obtain each electric vehicle possible states regarding their grid location.

COLLABORATION IN A HYPERCONNECTED WORLD
Abstract
In nowadays competing market, companies are constantly challenged to reduce the lead time for new products design process by diminishing the time response that goes from the arise of the market opportunity to the satisfaction of the customer need. Simultaneously, companies and networked organizations face a growing number of product configurations, lower product volumes, a continuously growing appetence for personalized products, pressing the decision makers into adopting more efficient product development processes. The present paper addresses the main collaborative product development issues by proposing a responsive and efficient use of knowledge on networked environments through a lean-based framework for collaborative networks. In particular, this work describes the main lean concepts and tools that are enhancers of an efficient and distributed customizable product development process in networked environment.

Abstract
Organisations have been striving to account for the resources they've been allocating to Social Media integration and management, essentially because this integration has been occurring without a previously designed content strategy, which will foster the desired fan engagement. In order to establish a comparison of social media strategies between HEIs, we developed a seven category model, encompassing the fundamental communication areas of focus for higher education service providers. Then, we performed a classification of these HEI posts in Facebook, according to our model. For this step, we used six of the most promising, and prominent, classifiers to obtain a predicted category for each post. Combining all posts from each HEI according to the model we get the HEI's editorial strategy. By clustering the overall social media strategies and corresponding response rate we discover the sector's monitoring HEI and, through a benchmarking process, we retrieve useful inputs for the design of social media strategies for HEI.

Abstract
Pure operation-based (op-based) Conflict-free Replicated Data Types (CRDTs) are generic and very efficient as they allow for compact solutions in both sent messages and state size. Although the pure op-based model looks promising, it is still not fully understood in terms of practical implementation. In this paper, we explain the challenges faced in implementing pure op-based CRDTs in a real system: the well-known in-memory cache key-value store Redis. Our purpose of choosing Redis is to implement a multi-master replication feature, which the current system lacks. The experience demonstrates that pure op-based CRDTs can be implemented in existing systems with minor changes in the original API.

JOURNAL OF ASTRONOMICAL TELESCOPES INSTRUMENTS AND SYSTEMS
Abstract
In preparation of future multiobject spectrographs (MOS) whose one of the major role is to provide an extensive statistical studies of high redshifted galaxies surveyed, the demonstrator CANARY has been designed to tackle technical challenges related to open-loop adaptive optics (AO) control with jointed Natural Guide Star and Laser Guide Star tomography. We have developed a point spread function (PSF) reconstruction algorithm dedicated to multiobject adaptive optics systems using system telemetry to estimate the PSF potentially anywhere in the observed field, a prerequisite to postprocess AO-corrected observations in integral field spectroscopy. We show how to handle off-axis data to estimate the PSF using atmospheric tomography and compare it to a classical approach that uses on-axis residual phase from a truth sensor observing a natural bright source. We have reconstructed over 450 on-sky CANARY PSFs and we get bias/1-s standard-deviation (std) of 1.3/4.8 on the H-band Strehl ratio (SR) with 92.3% of correlation between reconstructed and sky SR. On the full-width at half-maximum, we get, respectively, 2.94 mas, 19.9 mas, and 88.3% for the bias, std, and correlation. The reference method achieves 0.4/3.5/95% on the SR and 2.71 mas/14.9 mas/92.5% on the FWHM for the bias/std/correlation.
