Abstract
Process variations in MOS manufacturing processes tend to increase within each new technology node, leading to lower production yields, particularly those of analogue circuits, which are also sensitive to external perturbations that might force there performance to drift beyond there admissible tolerance margins. This issue is addressed here with the design of a calibratable N-Integer phase-locked loop (PLL) based frequency synthesizer. In the approach being proposed, a statistical analysis is carried out to know the sensitivity of the PLL performance to expected process, temperature, and voltage variations. A training data set is then identified and used to define the calibration law and the required calibration algorithm. Simulation results are presented that confirm its validity.

Abstract
Integration of wind energy and other renewable energy resources in electrical systems create some challenges due to their uncertain and variable characteristics. In the quest for more flexibility of the electric systems, combination of these endogenous and renewable resources in accordance with strategies of Demand Response (DR) allows an increment/improvement of the demand potential, as well as a more secure, robust, sustainable and economically advantageous operation. This paper proposes a new model for integration of wind power and DR, thus optimizing supply and demand side operations through a price rule Time of Use (TOU), or incentive with Emergency DR Program (EDRP), as well as combining TOU and EDRP together. The problem is modelled using a stochastic Heuristic Multi-Objective Multi-Criteria Decision Making (HMM) method which aims to minimize operation costs and environmental emissions simultaneously, ensuring the security constraints through two-stage stochastic programming, considering various techno-economic indices such as load factor, electricity market prices, Energy Not Supplied (ENS) and Share Weighted Average Lerner Index (SWALI). Comprehensive numerical results indicate that the proposed model is entirely efficient in DR planning and power system operation.

Abstract
Many of nowadays organizations can be said to be knowledge-based. That is, they have relevant decision-making processes that are supported by data and data mining processes. These data may be created/collected by the organization or acquired from external sources (e.g. open data portals). In any case, the quality of the data will, ultimately, be one of the main drivers of decision quality. In this context, it is important that data-producing organizations also produce relevant meta-information characterizing the provenance of the data, its context or the representation standards used. This paper presents a framework to facilitate this process, promoting the inclusion of information concerning representation standards, provenance, trust and permissions at the data level. The main goal is to promote data usability and, consequently, its value for the organizations.

Abstract
Due to their universal accessibility, interactivity and scaling ease, Web applications relying on client-side code execution are currently the most common form of delivering applications and it is likely that they will continue to enter into less common realms such as IoT-based applications. We reason that modern Web applications should be able to exhibit advanced security protection mechanisms and review the research literature that points to useful partial solutions. Then, we propose a framework to support such characteristics and the features needed to implement them, providing a roadmap for a comprehensive solution to support Web application integrity. Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to help small businesses such as startups to successfully adopt and implement digital marketing as a strategy in their business plan. Given that many of these companies have a considerable number of fragile internal characteristics, such as a lack of access to financial capital while lacking also qualified human resources, they can't adopt a technology without first evaluating how it would affect them. With this in mind, this study will go through several stages of qualitative analysis to find the most relevant and important factors in the adoption of digital marketing in startups. We are looking to validate the results of each step with experts in the field; in order to do that an online focus group tool will be used so that the digital marketing specialists can propound their opinions.
