Abstract
There is an urgent need to reduce the combustion of fossil fuels and replace these sources with renewable energy sources. The two major renewable energy resources, solar PV and wind generation, are variable. This variability makes balancing the electrical system more difficult. One way to manage this volatile system is to use markets for ancillary services to ensure that the electrical grid can operate in a safe, efficient and reliable manner. This paper proposes a methodology for a group of smaller consumers to be aggregated together so that they can effectively bid into markets for ancillary services. The methodology is tested on the Portuguese reserve regulation market and the financial viability of such aggregation is explored. Results show that aggregating consumer bids for downward regulation services can be financially viable in the Portuguese market. Reducing the minimum bid size increased the participation of the consumers thus increasing revenues.

Abstract
Starting from a gap identified in the literature regarding the use of social networks by newspapers to disseminate urgent news, this article aims to study strategies of journalistic content in social media, particularly in the context of a public crisis and to compare the effectiveness of different types of news disseminated in this medium, namely in terms of reach and generated interaction. The following research question was defined: how popular was public health news in Brazil during the covid-19 pandemic? Based on contributions in the literature, a quantitative study was carried out, using the content analysis technique. The study enable to better understand the sharing behavior of news in Twitter, the consumption behavior of newspaper readers on social networks and the generation of news during the pandemic.

Abstract
In this research study, a new of 2x2 interior multi-band MIMO antenna is introduced for smartphone usages. The alignment of the antenna element contains a multi-mode monopole radiator with three L-shaped slits positioned at the border of the printed circuit board (PCB) of the cellular platform. The low-cost FR4 substrate is used for this new design with a total dimension of 60x135x0.5 mm(3). For S-11 <=-6 dB, the antenna is covering the operational ranges of 0.79-0.92, 1.5-2.7, 3.5-3.85, and 5-9.5 GHz supporting IMT, PCS, UMTS, DCS, WLAN, LTE, and X bands. The premeditated MIMO antenna delivers appropriate gains different at frequency bands and worthy efficiencies, particularly at the upper bands. In addition, the considered ECC, DG, and TARC outcomes of the antenna are appropriate over the operational bands.

Abstract
Over the years, the Portuguese National Health Service has undergone several reforms to face the challenges posed by internal and external factors on the access to and quality of its health services. One of its most recent reforms addressed the primary healthcare sector, where understanding the incentives behind the actors of the inherent institutional interventions and how they are aligned with the governing health policies is paramount for reformative success. With the purpose of acknowledging the alignment of the primary healthcare sector's institutional interventions from an incentive-based perspective, we propose a framework resting on a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, which was built in cooperation with a panel of decision-making actors from the Portuguese Ministry of Health. In the end, we derive possible policy implications and strategies. This holistic approach highlighted the positive impact of the primary healthcare reform in the upgrade of physical resources and human capital but stressed the geosocial asymmetries and the lack of intra- and inter-sectorial coordination. The proposed framework serves also as a guideline for future primary healthcare reforms, both national- and internationally.

Abstract
Since the beginning of the Semantic Web and the coining of the term Linked Data in 2006, more than one thousand datasets with over sixteen thousand links have been published to the Linked Open Data Cloud. This rising interest is fuelled by the benefits that semantically annotated and machine-readable information can have in many systems. Alongside this growth we also observe a rise in humans creating and consuming Linked Data, and the opportunity to study and develop guidelines for tackling the new user interaction problems that arise with it. To gather information on the current solutions for modelling user interaction for these applications, we conducted a study surveying the interaction techniques provided in the state of the art of Linked Data tools and applications developed for users with no experience with Semantic Web technologies. The 18 tools reviewed are described and compared according to the interaction features provided, techniques used for visualising one instance and a set of instances, search solutions implemented, and the evaluation methods used to evaluate the proposed interaction solutions. From this review, we can conclude that researchers have started to deviate from more traditional visualisation techniques, like graph visualisations, when developing for lay users. This shows a current effort in developing Semantic Web tools to be used by lay users and motivates the documentation and formalisation of the solutions encountered in the studied tools.

Abstract
The European Project Semester (EPS) is a multicultural, multidisciplinary teamwork and project-based learning framework offered to engineering, business and product design undergraduates by a network of European Higher Education institutions, including the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP). In the spring of 2021, five EPS@ISEP students from distinct countries and fields of study joined efforts to address the smart and sustainable food production issue. This paper reports their research and development of Wormify, a solution based on vermicomposting. The main goal of the project was to design, simulate, test and build a prototype following ethical and sustainable practices. Wormify aims to minimize the problem of feeding the growing global population, and to prevent food waste from going to landfills. These objectives were pursued by designing a smart modular system for urban rooftops or small balconies. Several modules can be connected to form a place for residents to meet and socialize. The smart system allows monitoring through an app/website. This paper presents the background studies, the concept and design, the development and final results.
