Abstract
Rural tourism has become a truly relevant economic activity, with visible impacts (social and economic) to regional and national development and overall sustainability. The sole characteristics of rural destinations make them extremely attractive to tourists that search for experiences away from the massified and more urban areas. Despite this increase in the demand, in order to remain competitive and trigger its development and ensure sustainability, rural destinations need to ensure a twofold approach, first continuously create innovative and engaging tourism experiences, and secondly implement continuously innovative marketing approaches. Hence, to fully understand the state of the art in what concerns the incorporation of innovation by rural tourism marketeers, a systematic literature review focused on that same topic has been performed, the achieved set of 66 articles has been thoroughly analysed, and multiple results of this procedure are presented. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Abstract
When talking about Cybersecurity, particularly in security incident response plan and processes it is very common and relevant to talk about the ability to detect malicious or suspicious activities and behavior as soon as possible, in other words, in this domain, in Cybersecurity everyone wants to reduce the Mean time to detect (MTTD) or Mean time to respond (MTTR) a potential security incident. The use of Cyber Threat Intelligence CTI indicators can contribute to the reduction of the mean time to detect threats and consequently directly influence the time to response, however there are different types of Cyber Threat Intelligence that serve different purposes. The objective of the study is the development of a reference architecture to support and process data from the most diverse type of data sources in terms of Cyber Threat Intelligence, for example using the combination data from Open Source Intelligence - OSINT sources and honeypots, taking into consideration the advantages and disadvantages of each of these types of data sources to correlate them with each other in order to increase the trust and reliability of the relevant indicators that can be used by security analysts in incident response processes. This paper presents the proposed work for a PhD thesis in Web Science and Technology, scheduled for completion in July 2023. This doctoral thesis falls within the area of Computer Engineering, with applicability in the domain of Cybersecurity and consequently in the subdomain of Threat Intelligence. The research project is in the state-of-the-art study phase. It is expected that the participation in this Doctoral Symposium will provide potential comments that can enhance the growth and complement the ongoing research work.

UNIVERSAL ACCESS IN THE INFORMATION SOCIETY
Abstract
With the increasing use of smartphones in people's daily lives, mobile accessibility has become a key factor for them. Tourism is one of the sectors that has benefited the most from this growth but has not yet reached its full potential as accessibility has not yet been fully exploited. The main goal of this study is to assess accessibility in mobile applications for the tourism sector. Thus, 14 mobile applications were analyzed, using a manual and automatic methodology through the proposal of an evaluation model divided by quantitative and qualitative requirements, as well as the use of features such as VoiceOver and TalkBack. The results show a high overall number of errors in most quantitative requirements as well as non-compliance with most qualitative requirements. On iPhone 4, "Viseu - Guia da Cidade" was the application with the highest rating, while on Wiko GOA, it was the "JiTT.Travel Funchal" application. In turn, on iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone XR, Nokia 5.1 and OnePlus 6 devices, the best results were achieved by the "Viseu - Guia da Cidade," "JiTT.Travel Funchal" and "TUR4all" applications. Regarding the accessibility of mobile applications on different versions of the same mobile operating system, it was concluded that there are no differences in their accessibility on both operating systems (iOS and Android). Finally, regarding the accessibility of applications on smartphones with different screen sizes, there are also no differences in their accessibility.

UNIVERSAL ACCESS IN THE INFORMATION SOCIETY
Abstract
Even though being perceived as a novel approach, multiple authors claim that the digital transition of all sectors in society started when information and communication technologies (ICT) started to be an integral part of our daily lives. The education sector currently represents one of the contexts where the use of ICT is more promising and allows to reach greater benefits, mostly due to the wide range of tools, applications, and management and methodological approaches that are associated with e-learning. With the above in mind, a bibliometric analysis of the e-learning adoption topic has been performed, aiming on delivering a detailed analysis of the status of the topic. This analysis was carried out by analyzing the scientific literature indexed in the Scopus database that addressed the multiple stages of the e-learning adoption process (i.e., acceptance, adoption, and use). Our study analyzed 896 documents published between 1989 and 2021, of which 98.3% represented papers published in journals and conference proceedings.

EXPERT SYSTEMS
Abstract
As information systems and technologies grow in usage in the agri-food industry, the same has happened to the relevance of Information Systems (IS) that allow for a parallel control, monitoring and management of the organizations' activities and business processes. As the literature proves, the benefits of implementing adequate and interoperable IS are very numerous and tend to represent a significant determinant regarding the organizations' overall success. Despite this, to the best of our knowledge there currently is no IS architecture designed to serve the specificities of the agri-food industry. With this study a novel information systems architecture for the agri-food sector is proposed. The artefact is composed by 12 integrated main components and a set of subcomponents aimed at supporting all the monitoring, control and management activities. In order to validate the proposed architecture a case study was implemented at a mushroom production organization. This allowed us to perceive the ability of our artefact to serve as the basis for the development of IS that address all of the organization's business and environmental needs.

Abstract
In a competitive business landscape heavily reliant on information and communication technology, organisations must be prepared to address disruptions in their business operations. Business continuity management involves effective planning for the swift reestablishment of business processes in the short term. However, there are still obstacles to implementing business continuity plans, which can be justified by various factors. The purpose of this study is to present the perspectives and future research paths based on a systematic literature review from the peer-reviewed literature published from 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2021. This systematic literature review adheres to the guidelines established by evidence-based software engineering and leverages the Parsifal online tool. The primary research results identify and establish connections between the common components and activities of business continuity management as defined in international standards and frameworks to identify gaps in the existing knowledge. These findings will contribute to the development of a framework that provides a practical approach applicable to organisations of all sizes, taking into account each aspect of business continuity management, with a particular emphasis on information and communication technology systems. This paper's contribution lies in offering insights from a systematic literature review regarding the strategic principles for designing and implementing a business continuity plan, along with a comprehensive overview of related research. Furthermore, it presents a path forward to guide future research efforts aimed at addressing the gaps in the literature concerning continuity planning.
