Electrical Engineer graduated (in 2013) from Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) with experience in SAP ERP and human resources business processes. His Master's degree in Power Systems was conferred (in 2017) by the University of Brasília (UnB), where he developed a master's thesis entitled "Dynamic Transmission Network Expansion Planning via Hybrid Optimization Algorithms". At the beginning of 2014, Luiz worked in  CEFET-MG as a teacher of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. From 2014 to 2016, he worked at BU Caixa as SAP HCM-PY Consultant for Capgemini - Brasília where he got his SAP HCM certifications and specialization in Brazilian Payroll (MOLGA 37). Regarding the engineering, Luiz developed electrotechnical projects to Portfolio Engineering (2016 - 2017). In addition to attending the Doctoral Program in Electrical Engineering and Computer (PDEEC) of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), nowadays, Luiz Eduardo works in INESC TEC as Research Assistant of the INTEGRID project.
