I'm graduated in Mathematics by Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2004), postgraduate in Operations Management: Health Logistics by National School of Public Health, Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, Ministry of Health (2011) and M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering by Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2015). I have almost 20 years of experience in public functions, mainly in goods and services management and public procurement. Until January/2014, I was Director of Infrastructure and Logistics at Hospital Municipal Jesus. Since February/2014, through a public tender, I held the position of Management Analyst at Brazilian Mint. On March/2015, by an internal tender, I held the position of auctioneer. From January/2018 to January/2019 I held the position of Bidding Manager. From March/2019 I've been on leaving without income from Brazilian Mint. I was accepted as a PhD student at Industrial Management and Engineering Program at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto. Currently I'm a grant holder at INESC TEC and I've been working at CEGI.
