Visual guidance systems for terrestrial and outdoor robotics


Work description

During this project it is intended that the following tasks are carried out: T1. Carry out a state of the art related to visual guidance systems for robots applied to agriculture T2. Identify state-of-the-art open source solutions T3. Design and develop a system for the diversion, guidance and safety of robots using a monocular camera as a data source. T4. Integrate the solution developed in the AgRob Vxx robots. T5. Compilation of data and results and publication of results in indexed journals T5. Test and validate the developed solution

Academic Qualifications

Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar

Minimum profile required

To be enrolled in a doctoral or graduate programExperience in programming in C/C++Ability to write and speak English

Preference factors

Experience in developing solutions in ROS environment
