Service Engineering and Management in the Energy sector
The work is part of the European project POCITYF, which will develop integrated energy solutions for household consumers and aims to create a set of Positive Energy Blocks for the evolution of smart cities and sustainable consumption communities. Activities will focus on citizen engagement, starting with literature review and analysis of the citizen engagement conceptual domain. This phase will be followed by qualitative and quantitative studies to measure citizen engagement with intelligent energy services as well as their drivers. These studies will serve as a basis for designing citizen engagement strategies and new services, as well as analyzing their impact on citizen engagement and changing energy consumption behaviors.
Master in Service Engineering and Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics. Management or Marketing.
Minimum profile required
Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
Research experience on customer or citizen engagement.
