The work intends on focusing on the provision of flexibility by assets located in distribution grids, so that it can be mobilized by the electric system operator, thus, requiring the coordination between distribution and transmission operators. Therefore, the researcher should develop tools for the coordination on flexibility provision between TSO / DSO, in line with energy market and system services trends and respecting the technical constraints of networks.
