The goal of this project is to study new mathematical models and effective optimization algorithms for the transnational Kidney Exchange Problem. Static and dynamic versions of the problem will be studied, taking into consideration approaches with single and multiple optimisation criteria. PhD in Computers, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Operational Research, or similar area.
Minimum profile required
Knowledge in Combinatorial Optimisation. Experience in Programming. Proficiency in English.
Solid training in Combinatorial Optimisation and experience in modelling languages for Mathematical and C/C++ Programming.
