Work description
The work will be developed within the automotive sector, aiming to increase design complexity without increasing production complexity, in addition to bringing innovation and increasing the sector's competitiveness. During this project, it is expected the development of an application for robotic functional printing on parts with complex geometries focused on the following tasks: (i) visualization of 3D models in the application based on a 3D digitization file of parts, (ii) projection / mapping of a 2D image on the object's 3D surface, (iii) application user interface, and (iv) generation of points and orientations for a robotic manipulator to follow with a view to printing functional circuits on 3D parts.
