Work description
Brief Presentation of the Work and Traning: - Identification of control and protection requirements in hybrid (AC/DC) microgrids - Dynamic modelling and simulation of hybrid microgrid system - Development of hybrid microgrid system sizing methodology, considering islanded operation - Development of power and energy management strategy considering flexible loads
Academic Qualifications
Master in electrical and computer engineering; power systems and and other related areas
Minimum profile required
- Experience in the formulation of optimization problems (operations research) for engineering areas- Modelling and simulation software (Matlab Simulink, etc.)- Programming experience (Python, etc.)
Preference factors
- Experience in the control of DC or hybrid systems - Experience in projects for micro-grids - Fluency in English (spoken and written)
